General In a civil lawsuit filed last November in district court, Garrick and Hopkins claim that Frank used“unnecessary surgical procedures,” “caused patients damage and injury” and violated Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards. As an example, they allege that Frank performed a crown preparation on a patient that, because of his negligence, turned into a root canal and then resulted in the tooth being pulled. Even then, they claim, Frank left a tip of a root in the patient’s jaw.He instructed Garrick to ‘throw away’ the X-rays showing beginning treatment and middle root canal treatment. Garrick refused,” the lawsuit states. In another case, Garrick and Hopkins claim that, instead of anesthesia, Frank mistakenly injected a solution containing household bleach into the jaw of a 22-year-old patient. Frank deliberately misled the woman about what had occurred, telling her anesthesia had caused a “mere” hematoma, a tumor like collection of blood outside of a blood vessel, in her jaw, the lawsuit alleges.Earlier, while performing a root canal on the same patient, the suit claims, Frank left a broken file in one root, causing the patient to undergo surgery.Frank denies all of the allegations.

They revoked Bradford (Brady) Franks license and ran him out of Great Falls Montana. This Great Falls Tribune news article says his license was revoked in two other states as well. So much for being "Premier Care Dental"
